The 5-week cleanse is structured in three distinct phases to guide you through the process:

  • Week 1: Pre-Cleanse Preparation
    This week focuses on getting you set up for success. You'll familiarize yourself with the cleanse platform, review materials, gather supplements, and connect with fellow participants. We’ll also begin gradually reducing caffeine intake to ease any withdrawal symptoms. It’s all about laying the groundwork for a smooth journey ahead!
  • Weeks 2-4: Active Cleanse
    These are the core weeks of the cleanse, where we’ll focus on eliminating certain foods to help reset your body. You’ll set personal goals for the cleanse, and together we’ll work toward achieving them. Weekly “Office Hour” calls will provide extra support, giving you the chance to ask questions and share your experiences.
  •  Week 5: Post-Cleanse Integration
In the final week, we’ll gently reintroduce eliminated foods (if you choose) and reinforce the healthy habits you've built. We’ll conclude with a final check-in to celebrate your progress and ensure you're ready to maintain the positive changes moving forward.

Are there particular dietary restrictions or inclusions? Is it vegan, gluten-free, etc.?

The cleanse is designed to complement any dietary preference! For the 3 weeks of cleansing, we’ll be avoiding gluten, soy, refined sugar, vegetable oils, and processed foods, allowing your body to reset and recharge. Outside of these guidelines, the meal plan is completely flexible—whether you prefer a vegan approach or include meat, the choice is yours. This cleanse adapts to your lifestyle while helping you build nourishing, lasting habits!

Do you provide specific meal plans and recipes for each week, or is there flexibility in food choices?

Both! We provide a weekly meal plan complete with delicious recipes, but because we focus on whole foods, you’ll have plenty of flexibility in choosing what to eat. Along with the meal plans and recipes, you’ll also receive comprehensive lists of foods to enjoy and foods to avoid throughout the 5-week cleanse, empowering you to customize the experience to fit your preferences

Is the cleanse food-based, or does it include any supplements or optional additions?

The cleanse is 99% food-based, but in order to effectively eliminate toxins and ensure you're getting all the essential nutrients, a few key supplements are required. While the specific brands and price points are up to your discretion, it's important that you take the recommended supplements throughout the cleanse. As always, please consult with your doctor or health professional before beginning any supplement regimen to ensure they’re right for you.
